中大醫學院新生疫苗接種計劃 2023/24
為中大醫學院新生提供充分保護，抽血檢測後，學生將透過疫苗接種計劃按需要接種以下三支疫苗：
- 乙型肝炎疫苗 (HBV)（3劑）
- 水痘疫苗 (VZV)（2劑）
- 麻疹、腮腺炎和風疹疫苗 (MMR)（1劑）
疫苗接種計劃將由仁滙醫務集團進行，學生應先預約疫苗接種的日期和時間。學生可選擇於尖沙咀、沙田、觀塘或元朗診所接種疫苗。您可以透過此網頁預約（只限尖沙咀及沙田診所），或致電客戶服務熱線+852 2856 0202進行預約。學生需攜帶中大學生證和香港身份證前往仁滙醫務健康中心進行疫苗接種。
2023-24 Immunization Programme for Newly-admitted Students of Faculty of Medicine, CUHK
To provide full protection for newly-admitted students of CU Medicine, students will be advised if they need to receive the subsequent vaccination after the blood test:
- Hepatitis B vaccine (HBV) (3 doses)
- Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine (VZV) (2 doses)
- Measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine (MMR) (1 dose)
The immunization programme will be conducted by Alliance Medical Group, where students can choose to get vaccinated at Tsim Sha Tsui, Shatin, Kwun Tong or Yuen Long clinics. Students are advised to schedule an appointment with this link (for Tsim Sha Tsui and Sha Tin clinics only) or call AMG’s customer services hotline at +852 28560202 for an appointment.
Students should bring along their HKID card and CUHK student ID card for registration on their appointment date.
